Definitive planning for full contracting of urbanization works of the Urban Planning Agreement for the implementation of the Urban Recovery program pursuant to art.11 law 493/1993 – Acilia Dragona area: · Re-qualification of an extensive area between the Tiber River, the Romagnoli, via di Dragoncello and the area of ​​Acilia. · Construction of three building compartments called “Udup”, two of which are residential and the other for hotel use and another social sector that will be used as a sports center. · New roads and public parking lots. · The residential sectors provide for the construction of 440 real estate units with a forecast of settlement of approximately 1300 equivalent inhabitants. · Design of pipelines and related works, insisting on public land up to the connection of individual users on the sidelines of the individual private sector.
